Privacy Notice Draft
This structure describes the inquiry data used by the MVP. A final notice needs the legal controller identity, hosting, vendors, retention periods and contact method.
Inquiry information
The quote form collects contact, organization, product, quantity, destination and project information to prepare and follow up an inquiry.
Local MVP storage
During local testing, inquiry records are written to a local file and are excluded from Git. Production storage and email are not connected yet.
Production requirements
The final notice will identify service providers, international transfers, retention, legal bases and applicable data-subject rights.
